Picture Frames

I decoupaged these frames for a friend. They started out as blank frames from Ikea.

I then took scrapbook paper and Modge Podge and ended up with this.

I am very pleased with how they turned out. It took a while but it was completely worth it. Hopefully she will like them.

Mixed Berry Smoothie!

Here is another smoothie recipe that I have been working on. I think I have it just right now . I must warn you, if you don’t like seeds, this may not be the smoothie for you.

Orange Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie!
